Richcraft is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and potential customers. To demonstrate this commitment, Richcraft has created this website privacy policy governing Richcraft’s use of the information that is collected through the website. By accessing and viewing the website, you agree to the terms and conditions of this privacy policy. (Please note that Richcraft and/or its affiliates may have separate privacy policies concerning information obtained through means other than the website.)
Site use
Richcraft has created and maintains the website for informational, sales and communication purposes regarding Richcraft’s communities, condominiums, commercial properties, homes, warranty services, and other related products and services. While Richcraft attempts to keep the information on the website accurate and up-to-date, Richcraft cannot and does not warrant its accuracy or completeness.
Collection of information
Even if you do nothing during your visit to the website other than browsing through the site and read the information contained on the web pages, Richcraft will nevertheless gather certain information about your visit automatically. This information does not identify you personally, but may, for example, reflect how you found or were directed to or used the website. In addition, you may at your option provide personal identification or other information through the website (for example, by way of a request that Richcraft sends you information via email). It is possible, too, that your realtor may provide us with personal information concerning you or the Richcraft communities and homes in which you are interested. Richcraft gathers your IP address when you use any portion of the website. Richcraft also collects the name and URL of the website that you visited immediately preceding your visit to the website. Richcraft uses this information on an aggregate basis to better understand Richcraft’s prospective customers and homebuyers, and Richcraft may disclose this information to business and trade partners on an aggregate basis. Richcraft also uses “cookies” to store your preferences in order to make your use of the website more productive. Cookies are small files created by websites that reside on your computer’s hard drive and store information about your use of a particular website.
Cookies
If you register on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you register again. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit any registration page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
Clearing cookies and cache
Using a browser, including Chrome, Safari and Firefox, saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them can fix specific problems, for example, loading or formatting issues on websites. Sometimes data can be stored in the cache while prohibiting the most up-to-date content, including pricing, visuals, text and more.
After you clear cache and cookies:
- Some settings on sites get deleted. For example, if you were signed in, you’ll need to sign in again.
- Some sites can seem slower because content, including videos and images, needs time to load again.
How cache and cookies work:
- Cookies are files created by the websites you visit. They make your online experience easier and faster by saving browsing data. This browsing data can become older and outdated information.
- Your cache will remember parts of web pages, like images, to help them open faster during your next visit.

Richcraft takes precautions to protect data and information under its control from misuse, loss or alteration. Richcraft’s security measures include industry-standard technology and equipment to help protect your information, and Richcraft maintains security measures to allow only the appropriate personnel and contractors access to your information.
