New Builder Sales Representative

Job Summary
Our team at Richcraft Homes is looking for a New Homebuilder Sales Representative. Experience as a New Home Sales Rep is a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Welcoming potential homebuyers while providing exceptional customer service
  • Help potential homebuyers find the right home by presenting knowledge of Richcraft products
  • Maintain knowledge of Ottawa’s demographics and amenities such as schools, local businesses, parks, recreation facilities etc…
  • Walk potential homebuyers through the process of purchasing a new built home with Richcraft
  • Stay up-to-date on all specifications, mortgage information, community information, construction and product knowledge
  • Ensure that models and existing homes are well maintained and notify head office for any improvements or touch ups that may need to be done
  • Writing Agreements of Purchase and Sale with the purchaser, verifying design, lot, upgrades and closing dates
  • Preparing all required paperwork and reviewing that paperwork with the homebuyer from Point of Sale to After Closing
  • Provide timely and accurate responses and updates to all purchasers regarding status of construction of the unit, anticipated delivery dates, closing dates and warranty deadlines
  • Responsible for visiting other builders in the same area and preparing Competition Analysis’ on a monthly basis
  • Liaison with other departments including Site, Architecture and the Design Centre when needed to insure accurate information is communicated to homebuyers and potential homebuyers
  • Responsible for attending weekly sales meetings at head office
  • Responsible for self-development while taking a high level of interest in knowing and understanding Richcraft’s products and policies

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience as a New Builder Sales Representative
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
  • Highly organized with an attention to detail
  • An active listener with responsive skills
  • Valid Driver’s License is required

Job Summary
Bilingual Club House Manager responsible for overseeing golf operations and management of daily food and beverage operation.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing day-to-day operations
  • Creating schedules for food and beverage
  • Overseeing the schedules for golf operations while being responsible for the costs
  • Sign off on all purchases
  • ‎Adhere and follow corporate policies and guidelines
  • To be the face ‎of the organization at all times
  • Assist the events coordinator during all events
  • Responsible for the sales of tournaments
  • Over see the head golf pro for membership sales and daily operations
  • Lead marketing initiatives and work with out sources
  • Train staff for seasonal business
  • Prepare reports for head office
  • Lead menu development and beverage costing
  • Lead managers meetings
  • Manage the maintenance of the facility and all they service contracts
  • Manage the golf superintend and over see the budget
  • Produce operational budgets annually
  • Work with PO purchasing policies

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of food and beverage management
  • 5+ years of golf related business experience
  • ‎5+ years of senior management experience
  • An understanding of P.O.S systems
  • General knowledge of accounting practices
  • French and English is a requirement in oral, reading and writing
  • Ability to handle stress with proven problem solving skills

Construction Coordinator

Job Summary
Richcraft Homes is currently seeking to fill a full time position within our Cost Estimation & Construction Coordination Department.

The ideal candidate possesses significant knowledge of residential construction and cost estimating, gained from a combination of education in Architectural Technology/Building Construction Programs and through work experience.

The successful candidate must be familiar with all facets of the residential construction industry and must work well within a team environment. Along with the ability to prioritize their own work and manage multiple projects simultaneously, the candidate must be self-driven, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience and proficiency in the following:

  • Homebuilding Management Software (eg. BuilderMT, Constellation/NewStar Mark Systems)
  • Microsoft Programs (especially Excel)
  • AutoCAD

Bilingualism (English/French) will be considered an asset.
