This registration form must be filled out and signed by the Agent as well as the prospective client(s) during this visit. If the prospective client has had previous contact with the Sales Centre (including, but not limited to, verbally over the phone, in person, in writing, has registered themselves online giving express consent to receive information or is a previous Richcraft purchaser), the Sales Agent will not be eligible under this program.

2. The registration form is valid only if it is signed by the Agent as well as the prospective client(s) and approved by the Richcraft Head Office.

3. The registration form is valid only in the sales office in which it is completed.  If the prospective client(s) wishes to visit different sales offices a registration form must be completed in each sales office visited.

4. The Agent must continue to be involved during the selling process and be present at the time of signing of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale including Schedule ‘P’ which should be signed by the Agent as well as the client(s).

5. Registration is valid for a period of FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of registration.  It will be the responsibility of the Agent to re-register the client(s) thereafter.

6. The commission is payable thirty (30) days after the legal closing of the transaction and upon submission of an invoice by the Agent’s office.  If, for any reason whatsoever, the transaction is cancelled no commission is payable.

7. Richcraft has the right to change or terminate this program at its sole discretion at any time without notice.
