 The Role: 

Our team at Richcraft Homes is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time Sales Assistant to work out of the Richcraft sales office East and West End of Ottawa. 

In This Role, You Will: 

· Welcoming potential homebuyers while providing exceptional customer service 

· Help potential homebuyers find the right home by presenting knowledge of Richcraft products 

· Answering phones and replying to emails from prospective home buyers 

· Other duties as required to support the Sales Office 

What You Bring: 

· Previous experience in new homes sales is an asset 

· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 

· Highly organized with an attention to detail 

· An active listener with responsive skills 

Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 12-8pm and Saturday and Sundays 12- 5:30pm
