Richcraft goes
Energy Star Richcraft single family
home and townhome owners further benefit from
living in a dwelling that meets Energy Star
technical specifications. The increased efficiency of
these homes translates into reduced energy costs for
homeowners.
Homes are not often thought of as
pollution, but the electricity, fossil fuels and other
energy sources they use contribute to global warming,
acid rain, smog, and other environmental problems.
Richcraft incorporates a host of energy efficiency
measures in every home it builds.
Richcraft is doing its
part to protect the planet as well as the
pocketbooks of homeowners by building to the
Energy Star standards. The initiative promotes
energy efficiency guidelines that enable new
homes to be approximately 30 percent more energy
efficient than those built to minimum provincial
building codes.
